What will be the best training rountine and nutrition plan for getting lean as well as bulking?

I am a 25 year old with a body weight of 75 kg having height 5'9. I want to be muscular as well as look bigger both at the same time, but i gain fat easily. Currently I dont look fat but neither I have definitions i have carved for, i have been training since 2 years  and also gained results but I think I am missing something. I have used Whey Protien, BCCA's, Aminos, Glutamine etc. and also folllowed a drug routine while competing for district level bodybuilding championship in 2012. I prefer to train in the evening and am following 2 days on 1 day off plans where i train chest & triceps on 1st, Back & Biceps 2nd , Rest day, Shoulder 4th day & lastly Thighs on 5th. Kindly suggest what will suit me the best.
