What's the best way to gain mass back after resuming extensive training following a break of 2 months?

Sir I have been doing heavy weight training from past one year and have gained mass but due to an ACL injury I suffered last year ,I have to undergo surgery and won't be able to do training for atleast 2 months.Will I lose all my gains and what's the best way to regain after resuming training. Thankyou Sir !

Hi,

Due to medical treatment you was on rest thats why you put on your weight. Have your balanced diet, slowly and gradually upgrade your intensity of workout.I will take time but surely you will loose your fat. Consume whey isolate (post workout with water), BCAA (during workout with water).

Be careful while working out.
