What's the best way to increase muscle mass while losing fat. my body is lean all over except belly have covered much fat. taking 2900c per day. workout 6 days per week hitting twice big muscle chest back and legs.

Suggest me should I cut or do gain or do together. What's the best way to go further stuck in between.
