When i skip gym for more then a week i feel my muscles are shrinking why does this happen and how can i avoid it

I go to gym 5-6 days, however sometimes in 3-6 months I skip due to work and feel the shrink in muscles size. Regards Ashish

What you are feeling is only temporary and there is no major cause behind this. It's better to be regular at the gym and do not skip it altogether for a very long time.
