When i start taking proteins or gainer in start getting itching and rings on skin

Please advice solution for this

For itching there are reasons, protein poduces heat in the body after consumption, so it's advisable to drink 4-5 lit of water/day. Reduce the amount of whey protein or stop it for some time. Consume banana after you consume whey. Also include buttermilk, curd, some probiotic in your diet. Some times it's due to allergy also, so please check if you are allergic to whey, then medical advise is recommended.
