When one side of a muscle group is smaller than the other..

Hello, I am having left bicep that's noticeably smaller than the right? left part of chest significantly more developed on one side. Basically the things is while working out i can't be able to feel the pump on both side of body parts...some times i feel the left side much developed and sometimes i feel right side much better....Actually i am left handed person but i feel more mass on right side rather then on left. Please guide me about how to concentrate on both sides while working out.   Regards

As you are trying to concentrate on both sides , then do unilateral workout.
