When to take fat burner

I bought muscle blaze fat burner few days back. My questions are: 1. Either in summer or in winder, which is the suitable season? 2. Either in the morning or in the evening, which is the suitable time? 3. after meals or before meals? 4. How many pills a day? Before answering these question please read the addition information: I am not fat but wish to reduce the fat % to make abs visible. I have little bit of fat on the face and on tummy. Age: 38 years old, height: 6'2" feet, Weight: 92 kg, Structure: brought built. I take muscle tech blend carb / creatine / BCAA before work out, Muscle tech whey protein energy with glutamine after workout, 2 fish oil capsules daily and other protein rich diet. I do heavy 2 hours weight training 5 - 6 times a week. Thanks Suneel

You do not need to worry about season for taking any kind of workout supplement. As for the perfect time for exercising whenever you have time you can do the workout there is no specific time for it. You can take 1 scoop fat burner before workout and 1 scoop before dinner or lunch. Also, you should stop using carb blend and start taking protein isolate post workout. Discontinue taking creatine if you want to have ripped body. As for BCAA, it works best when taken during workout.
