Whether we should take post workout supplements (whey protein) on the days we are on rest from gym?

I work out for 5 days a week and take whey protein after workouts. But what about on days 6 and 7? shall i go for the drink on these dyas too. Also At what time should i take Whey protein for best result?

Take 1 scoop of whey protein in the morning on your non-training days.
