Protein sources include egg whites, chicken, fish, milk and milk products like low-fat curd, cottage cheese, soy products like soy milk, tofu, soy flour. Pulses and legumes like kidney beans, chick pea, dried peas, whole moong and other pulses are the good sources of vegetarian protein. Some cereals like quinoa, buckwheat, oats can be included. Spirulina is also a good source of protein.
