Which is best for me whey protein or mass gainer?

I am 18 male height 5'7 weight 50kg biceps size 12inch and chest size 37inch.

I think u should go for whey protein and mainly u should focus in ur diet. Avoid unhealthy food. Take atleast 5 meals throughout the day and dont go for too heavy weight mainly focus on ur technique and reps. As bodybuilding is not one night process it take lots of sacrifice and effort.
