Which is more effective in bulilding muscles size??? protien or gainer

i am eating perfect diet and lifting heavy weight but muscle size is not increasing \     so what should i take  ??     gainer or  protien

Hi,

You did't mention your details ( height, weight and age) but if you are looking for size use whey protein post workout with water, blend protein before bed with water/milk. BCAA during workout with water. Have 3 hourly meal. Surely you will get better result.
