Which protein should i eat ?

M using on whey protein for last 6 months , should I change my protein ? And which protein is best for me. Plz give ur suggestions

HI. 

It depends upon your end goal what product you are looking for. If you have been using the same protein from quite a long then you can change the supplement and also need to add the other supplement like Fish oil, BCAA, Glutamine as the amount of bcaa & glutamine added to the protein is not sufficient for muscle recovery and muscle soarness with increased duration andintensity.For more query you can click on the below provided link
