Which protein should i take for body building & with water or with milk which is more suitable?

I want to take protein supplement first time in my life does it has ny side effects?

Hi Kush,

You should take a normal whey protein supplement and if you are gaining weight then put in milk and if you are losing weight then mix with water.

For your cutting phase you can use whey protein isolate on the otherhand if you want to bulk up you might try whey protein concentrate .well when it comes to choosing the type of whey you are provided with options such as hydrolized whey,wpc,whey isolate etc.bottom line as long as you are using whey protein after your workout you are good to go.the whey proteins vary according to their absorbtion rate.the faster digesting ones like whey isolates are expensive to produce and thus are costly.

Personally I suggests, take with water and liv52(any liver tab or syrup) main reasons to avoiding lactose intolerant. Milk add extra calories (have calcium and minerals) u should take it another time. be natural be healthy
