Which suppliment should i go for?

I have started workout since last 4 mnth,and have not taken any suppliment but i have gain weight around 7 kg.I am eating perfect diet and lifting heavy weight but muscle size is not increasing . I am 27years  with 5'8" height and 70 kg weight. I want to gain muscles size,kindly suggest which suppliment will be best for me.

Hi Dev,

As per your height weight is perfectly ok but as you mention that your size is not being improved. I will suggest you to take whey protein post workout with water because you are rupturing your muscle during workout and same is not being recoved. Thats why there is no improvement. Only Protein can recover muscle.

You have to continue whey protein post workout with water a scoop before bed. BCAA during workout with water.
