Which will be better suppliment for weight lose

Hiii sir my sister is fatty so what will be better for her fatburner/l Carnitine/ cla what should she take and how many time in a day

Hi Ezaz,

Suggest her for workout, and strictly follow diet ( avoid saturated fat and junk food) and better to use whey isolate protein post workout and Garcinia cambogia 1 caps before each major meal and L-Carnitine Dose is 1-2g per day.
