I'm a 20 year old guy. I love working out and do it everyday (except sundays).
It has been almost 18 months since I started.
At first I was stick thin, weighing only 45 kg.
But now I weigh 56 kg. I've been on my own (no trainer).
But only one thing is still upsetting me, I need width. I have a narrow body frame. And I would like to know which workout is best suited to widen my chest, back and shoulder.
