Why my chest is not getting broader?

I m doing excercise from the last one year n my chest was 33"at the start and it become 38" in 6 months and now itz not growing anymore.

Hi Varun,

Rotation of exercise is necessary in every 25-30 days. Do Barbell Bench Press for 1st month then Incline Barbell Bench Press. Diet should be very proper and balance. Have Whey protein, 1 scoop post workout with water 1 scoop before bed with milk. BCAA 5-10gm during workout, Multivitamin 1 caps with beakfast 1 caps with dinner. Be patience for bodybuilding.
