Why there is no gain, inspite of regular gymming ?

Sir I've been going to gym since 2 months regularly and taking proper vegetation diet which includes paneer and soya products. The problem is I've got no gain. I've a skinny figure. Height 5.6 and Weight 56 kg

Yatharth,

The problem is with your diet. You aren't getting enough protein to supplement your workouts.
