Wider chest

How to get a big and wide chest when my chest gets maximum pump after chest workout. But I couldn't make it wider. How to make it wide and pump the upper chest at maximum level.

Follow my chest schedule for wider chest. Incline bench press (wide grip) 3 set 12/10/8 last set drop set. Inclined dumbbell press 3 set Plane bench fly 3 set Decline bench press 3 set Butterfly 3set Bar dips 3 set up to failure. Follow this for 2 month and see the change. You should change plane fly to incline fly if you want.. I m working on last 4 month it is effective.

Chest is major muscle it take time to show changes, keep following your workout.. For wider chest wide grip barbells press and fly is main method. If you are not satisfied with it then you go for YouTube videos it is very helpful to understand what you want to know. Go for it.

To enlarge the ribcage and get a wider chest make sure you incorporate incline chest fly's in your workout.
