i hqve few tips for you...start taking green tea 2 times a day. start taking 1 or half scoop of whey 1st thing after wake up always do cardio after your workout and remember you have to take whey protein after workout and before cardio if you prefer cardio after workout regularly. start eating white eggs in breakfast. in snacks start taking 100 gm of panner or tofu and decrease your night intake and eat as much salad as you can . and dont take too much rest during your workout

Hi Uday,

Being your age you have a high carbohydrate diet. Eliminate the roti's and focus more on whole food protein. Eat chicken, egg whites and remember at your age the metabolism slows down so don't reduce your calories but increase your activity through cardiovascular activities like running, skipping, boxing etc.

Hope this helps!

oh my good dude you seriously need help.

lowering your calories too much will reduce your metabolic rate and would eventually lead to muscle loss and most importantly the "rebound effect is worse".what is the rebound effect?your body will eventually gain back twice the amount of weight which you lost due to your poor diet.read and educate yourself on proper nutrition.
