Working out since childhood(was a hyper athlete) but put on massive wt whenever i stop

Working out since childhood(was a hyper athlete) but put on  massive wt whenever I stop.My weight gain is enormous whenever I put a halt to my work out and it gets really frustrating. Though From whopping 97kg in Dec14 to 83kg right now in Aug15 I want to attain furher 20 kgs till Dec15.Any Quickfix?

Hi

You need to do exercise properly on regular basis with weight training for 45 mins and after that you need to do cardio for another 15-20 mins so that you can burn fatty acids ,and you need to make  major changes into your diet pattern take 1800 kcal which sholud be of less fat ,sugar .simple carbohydrate and protein and complex carbohydrate should be according to your body requirement so please take advice on the given link below -http://consult.healthkart.com/
