Hammer Curl<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Hammer Curl is a must do exercise for working the outer head of your bicep. While the inner head of the bicep is what gives you the peak, the outer head gives your arms dimension and contribute towards size. Concentration Curl<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The concentration curl is a great exercise to isolate your bicep for that maximum pump! Standing Dumbbell Curl<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The standing dumbbell curl is a great exercise that allows you to use the power of each of your hands to develop your arms.
