By inhaling into the moisture of your tongue makes your mouth and the entire body feels breezy and cool.<br \/>\nFor this pose, sit in a comfortable position on a <strong><a style=\"color: #25ade3!important;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.healthkart.com\/sv\/b-fit-usa-eva-yoga-mat-with-carry-bag\/SP-33826\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #0000cd;\">yoga mat<\/span><\/a><\/strong> or flat ground with your back straight. Breathe in and out by paying attention to the flow of your breath at the tip of your nose. Stick your tongue out and roll the outer edges, it should look similar to a hotdog bun.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Take a long inhalation \u2013 to a count of three<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Retain the breath for a beat<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">After inhaling, draw your tongue back into the mouth, close your lips, and exhale through your nose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><em>Try this for at least 10 rounds, working up to 50 breaths for a cooling effect.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Sun_Breaths\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>2. Sun Breaths\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Doing a complete Sun Salutation, or Surya Namaskar as it is popularly known as will generate heat in the body. A Sun breath is a yoga pose that has a calming effect on your mind. You can easily do this yoga pose, as it does not create much sweat also.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Stand in Tadasana, inhale to reach your hands over your head and place your palms in prayer position.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">While exhaling, bring your hands down from prayer position and hinge at the hips to fold over your legs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Inhale again; lengthen your spine for a halfway lift.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Exhale, fold back down.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Inhale and rise up to place your hands on the side, and finally folding them for prayer position. Come back to Tadasana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><em>Repeat this 5 times.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Parsva_Tadasana\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>3. Parsva Tadasana\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">This pose is called side-bending mountain pose. Stand firmly on the ground and spread your toes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">As you root down to the floor, plug your thigh bones up to stabilize your pelvis.<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Lift your arms and take them overhead.
