Moreover, the antioxidants in this spinach are excellent for combating inflammation in the body.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Thekua\"><\/span><strong>Thekua<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whole Wheat Flour \u2013 500 gm<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jaggery (Gur) or sugar \u2013 300 gm<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coconut \u2013 2 tbsp (finely chopped)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ghee (or Vegetable Oil)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4-5 Green Cardamom, peeled &amp; mashed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5 cup Water<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vessel to make Thekua<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make a watery solution of jaggery, water, and green cardamom.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add 4 tablespoons of ghee to the solution and mix it with the wheat flour with chopped coconut and knead the dough.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take pieces of the dough and make balls.
