After some time, I started working out on two body parts &#8230;and now I am following the GVT programme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which supplements did you take?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I did not take any supplements. I usually eat home made food like eggs, chicken, fish, oats and fruits. By these I get all my nutrient supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What challenges did you face during your transformation?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of people demotivated me and made fun of me that I was unable to do anything ..but those same people look at me now ask about my workout regime, diet and supplements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suggestion for future transformers.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In future, I want to increase my weight up to 105 kg as now I am 85 kgs and want to participate in powerlifting events too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mention your weight, age before and after your transformation.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>My age was 15 yrs at that time and my weight was around 48-52 kgs.
