I was very skinny. Always had a fear of wearing half sleeves t-shirts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How did you accomplish your goals?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By training regularly and making sure my nutrition is on point.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the time it was a push\/pull\/legs routine along with ground fitness training.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Which supplements did you take?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whey protein, creatine, and multivitamins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What challenges did you face during your transformation?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly, it was the inconsistency because of college but later I coped with that. And secondly was related to diet and nutrition, it was always on and off.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Suggestion for future transformers.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t rush, and never be harsh on yourself. The result takes time. It&#8217;s not an overnight process; rather it&#8217;s an overtime process.
