1. Why did you decide to transform?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During my school days, I had always been skinny, even eating lots of food made no change to my body. And really, I didn\u2019t like sports either – never went to the gym or lift a weight until I was kind of forced by my friends & family. Now, I love doing workout because it always keeps me fit and gives me the confidence to achieve more in my life. Even when I am stressed, I just go to gym and lift some heavy weights and it improves my mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workout delivers oxygen and nutrients to my tissues and helps my cardiovascular system work more efficiently and when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. How did you accomplish your goal?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I always struggled to be consistent in my diet but I know consistency is the key. It helps me a lot to achieve my fitness goals. After a heavy workout session, it is very important for me to recover my body as it prevents muscle loss and keeps me fuller. I recently achieved my new Deadlift and squats PR. Now, I can easily do 3 reps of 165 kg PR for 172 kg (Deadlift) and 3 reps for 130 kg (Squats).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Here’s my workout which I used in my transformation. I am a student and I got money hardly to buy my diet and supplements. I have faced many financial is sure during my transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 1: Upper body<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chest: flat barbell bench press \u2014 4 sets of 6\u20138 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back: bent-over barbell rows \u2014 3 sets of 6\u20138 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shoulders: seated dumbbell press \u2014 3 sets of 8\u201310 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chest\/triceps: dips \u2014 3 sets of 8\u201310 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back: pullups or lat pulldowns \u2014 3 sets of 8\u201310 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Triceps\/chest: lying dumbbell triceps extensions \u2014 3 sets of 10\u201312 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biceps: incline dumbbell curls \u2014 3 sets of 10\u201312 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 2: Lower body<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legs: barbell back squats \u2014 4 sets of 6\u20138 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legs: leg press \u2014 3 sets of 8\u201310 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quadriceps: seated leg extensions \u2014 3 sets of 10-12 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quadriceps: dumbbell or barbell walking lunges \u2014 3 sets of 10\u201312 reps (no videos)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Calves: calf press on leg press \u2014 4 sets of 12\u201315 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abs: decline crunches \u2014 4 sets of 12\u201315 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 3: Upper body<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shoulders: overhead press \u2014 4 sets of 6\u20138 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chest: incline dumbbell bench press \u2014 3 sets of 8\u201310 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back: one-arm cable rows \u2014 3 sets of 10\u201312 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shoulders: cable lateral raises \u2014 3 sets of 10\u201312 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rear deltoids\/traps: face pulls \u2014 3 sets of 10\u201312 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traps: dumbbell shrugs \u2014 3 sets of 10\u201312 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Triceps: seated overhead triceps extensions \u2014 3 sets of 10\u201312 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biceps: machine preacher curls \u2014 3 sets of 12\u201315 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 4: Lower body<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back\/hamstrings: barbell deadlift \u2014 4 sets of 6 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glutes: barbell hip thrusts \u2014 3 sets of 8-10 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hamstrings: Romanian dumbbell deadlifts \u2014 3 sets of 10\u201312 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hamstrings: lying leg curls \u2014 3 sets of 10-12 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Calves: seated calf raises \u2014 4 sets of 12\u201315 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abs: leg raises on Roman chair \u2014 4 sets of 12\u201315 reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.<\/strong> What challenges did you face during your transformation?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am a student and I hardly had money to buy supplements and specific food items for my diet.
