Why did you decide to transform?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The feeling of powerlessness, being taken for granted by everyone because of my weight, and my personal life &amp; relationships got affected because of my obesity which is why I decided to transform myself.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. How did you accomplish your goal?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>I always believed in 3 principles\u00a0 &#8211; Patience, Discipline, &amp; Consistency.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>I took the phrase \u2018do or die\u2019 quite literally and gave everything to achieve my goal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Muscle building through weight lifting was my first choice but I also often practised a lot of\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>boxing, swimming, &amp; basketball and aimed to get 20,000 steps daily without fail.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Which supplements did you take?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>I used supplements such as Zinc Picolinate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Fish Oil, Ashwagandha &amp; Collagen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The biggest hurdle was when I was dealing with my hiatus hernia. I was not allowed to lift weights which was advised by my doctor. I made a lot of sacrifices like not going out to eat with my friends and not eating unhealthy food at my own sister&#8217;s wedding ceremony as it would break my discipline.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Suggestions for future transformers<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>DISCIPLINE, CONSISTENCY, PATIENCE\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Rome was not built in a day.
