Why did you decide to transform?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I gained a lot of body fat and my weight was 64kg. I wanted to reduce it and that\u2019s why I decided to start my fitness journey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. How did you accomplish your goals?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I started with cardio at the gym for a month. My muscle loss was more than fat loss so I switched to weight lifting. This helped me reduce my fat and weight in 6 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Training routine that helped you achieve your goals<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I mostly do body weight training, deadlift, and 15 minutes of cardio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Which supplements did you take?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I relied on multivitamins, fish oil, calcium tablets doctors prescribed, whey plant-based protein, pre workout supplements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. What challenges did you face during your transformation?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Most challenging part for me was to maintain a healthy diet and stay consistent at it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Suggestion for future transformers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t see any changes in your body, that\u2019s okay because it takes time to achieve this.
