It&#8217;s not just about working hard once in a while\u2014it&#8217;s about showing up every day, putting in the effort, and staying committed.\u00a0 Consistency is the foundation that makes progress possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2060I started with a push-pull-legs routine for the first year of my training, then decided to switch things up with a bro split, which I&#8217;ve been sticking with ever since.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4) Which supplements did you take?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I used to rely on supplements like creatine and protein for some time, but now I&#8217;ve transitioned to working out without any supplements.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One of the biggest challenges I&#8217;ve encountered throughout my fitness journey, and one that I continue to struggle with, is maintaining a consistent diet. My diet remains an ongoing challenge as I strive for better results.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6) Suggestion for future transformers.<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">My biggest advice would be to stay consistent and show up to the gym, even on the days you don\u2019t feel like it. Also, find yourself a gym buddy\u2014they\u2019ll always be there to motivate and push you
