Let\u2019s know the BTS (behind the scene) journey of Priyanshu who has never given up on his goal to get transformed even after being bullied by the people.<\/span><\/h2>\n

1) Why did you decide to transform?<\/h2>\n

The reason why I started my fitness journey was all the bullying i experienced ,not only from my friends but my family members too. This motivated me to decide to bring a change\u2014not to prove them wrong but for myself.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) How did you accomplish your goals?<\/h2>\n

\u00a0I accomplished my goals by following a strict routine for my meals, workouts, and sleep.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?<\/h2>\n

I\u2019ve experimented with different training routines, but what worked best for me was the PPL split.<\/span><\/p>\n

4) Which supplements did you take?<\/h2>\n

\u00a0The only supplements I use are whey protein, creatine, and fish oil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?<\/h2>\n

As I live alone in PG, managing everything-my diet, workouts, and studies was a bit of a challenge during my transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n

6) Suggestion for future transformers.<\/h2>\n

My advice for others on their transformation journey is to stay consistent and dedicated towards their fitness goals.<\/span><\/p>\n
