I decided to transform because I was never happy with the way I looked. I went underweight for a while because I thought that was my dream physique,but it wasn\u2019t so then I joined the gym and found that muscle building was what I needed all along.<\/p>\n
I accomplished my goals by being consistent in the gym and having a clean diet. In the beginning I used to do weight training at home and learnt all the basics and then I joined the gym when I felt prepared to lift heavier weights.<\/p>\n
I have experimented with various workout splits, but currently, I am following an upper body-lower body-push-pull-legs split. This split has been helping me train every muscle twice.<\/p>\n
The supplements I use are Whey Protein, Creatine, Fish Oil and Multivitamins.<\/p>\n
The challenge I faced was that I got sick every now and then in the beginning. This caused my immunity to get weaker. But eventually I got my immunity back stronger and got back to my routine.<\/p>\n
My suggestion would be to be consistent with training and diet .
