1) Why did you decide to transform?<\/h2>\n

I decided to transform because I was obese, and I just wanted to feel healthier and more confident about my body.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) How did you accomplish your goals?<\/h2>\n

It was all about consistent effort and staying committed every day.<\/span><\/p>\n

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?<\/h2>\n

I followed a bro split training routine, along with a strict diet and regular cardio. Staying consistent with all three really made the difference.<\/span><\/p>\n

4) Which supplements did you take?<\/h2>\n

I kept it pretty simple with supplements \u2014 HK Advanced Calcium, Liver Detox, and Multivitamins for overall health. For training support, I used MB CreaPro, MB Whey Protein, MB EAA, and MB Ashwagandha.<\/span><\/p>\n

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?<\/h2>\n

When I started my transformation, many people said I wouldn\u2019t be able to do it and it wasn\u2019t possible for someone like me. Along with that, being overweight made it hard for me to move properly, and I dealt with a lot of injuries, too. But I fought through all of it and completely changed myself.<\/span><\/p>\n

6) Suggestion for future transformers.<\/h2>\n

My suggestion would be that consistency is key.
