Since school time, I was bullied and overlooked, and so I decided to change the way I looked. I took my time to transform into a new and fitter version of me as I strived to get stronger every day! And now I\u2019m no longer overlooked by people.<\/span><\/p>\n I accomplished my goals by never giving up. Even though the journey wasn\u2019t easy, and I didn\u2019t see any positive results in the beginning, I never gave up and stayed consistent throughout the journey.<\/span><\/p>\n I train 6 days a week, along with walking 10K- 20K steps every day.<\/span><\/p>\n I only take omega-3 and multivitamins.<\/span><\/p>\n My biggest challenge was hitting the plateau-when my weight got stuck at one point and no matter how hard I worked, nothing helped. But by working on my metabolism and improving my gut health, I overcame this challenge.<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s not an easy and quick process and takes years of dedication, knowledge, and hard work to finally transform yourself. Don\u2019t fall for shortcuts, be patient, and stay consistent.
