I was a skinny person, so I always felt overlooked and lacked confidence. I decided to transform because I wanted to feel stronger, mentally and physically. My goal was not just aesthetics, but also to build discipline and confidence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I accomplished my goals by being consistent, tracking my progress, and showing up even on days when I didn\u2019t feel motivated. I took no shortcut and just trusted the process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I train 5-6 days a week, hitting each muscle twice a week and mostly focusing on progressive overloading. Moreover, I do cardio 3-4 times a week.<\/span><\/p>\n I use Whey protein, Creatine monohydrate, Multivitamins, and Pre-workout.<\/span><\/p>\n The biggest challenge I faced during my transformation was dealing with body dysmorphia.<\/span><\/p>\n Also, I was staying far from home, so balancing my diet and fitness, with studies, was tough, but still, I learnt and managed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Start working on building discipline instead of waiting for motivation. Track your nutrition and training and avoid taking shortcuts.
