Ever since I was a teen, I wanted to go to the gym regularly, but I was never consistent. As a result of this, I got into bad shape. So, when I entered college, I promised myself to transform into a fit and healthy person.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Since I had to lose weight, I balanced my diet to create a calorie deficit. With this, I stayed consistent throughout my journey.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I followed the push-pull-legs split.
