This brought so much distress and took a huge toll on my mental health. I was underconfident and insecure about how I looked all the time, and no clothes would fit me well. So, I decided to change myself.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2) How did you accomplish your goals?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">First, I started making small changes in my diet and added movements into my routine like walking 2-3K steps. As I became consistent, I gradually moved on to bigger goals. That\u2019s how I accomplished my main goal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I trained 4 days a week following the upper body-lower body split.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4) Which supplements did you take?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0I used creatine, protein, multivitamins and fish oil throughout my journey.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It was challenging to stay consistent during family functions or special events, but I remembered one thing: roadblocks are temporary, and results are permanent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6) Suggestion for future transformers.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Just stay consistent; that&#8217;s all that matters. Don&#8217;t let anyone bring you down<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:
