2.What is Whey Protein and how is it different from other sources of protein?

Whey Protein is a protein derived from milk during the cheese making process. The Liquid Whey derived during the cheese making process undergoes ultra and microfiltration for removal of fat and carbohydrates to manufacture Whey Protein concentrate which is a high protein source. This Whey Protein Concentrate again undergoes fat and carb removal process to produce high quality Whey Protein Isolate protein.

The major advantage of Whey over any other protein source is its high digestion and absorption rate in the body. This is manifested in the biological value of the protein, which highlights how efficiently the protein is absorbed in the body and is highest for Whey Protein amongst other protein products.

3.Will I have any problem in digesting the product?

Fitness enthusiasts who have a regular protein intake previously shall have no problem in digesting the product.
