Calcium: This vital mineral is helpful especially in keeping bones and teeth strong. It is beneficial for muscular and cardiovascular health as well. It also maintains your immune and nervous systems, and promotes normal blood clotting and blood pressure. Sufficient calcium intake reduces the risk of arthritis and osteoporosis. Chromium: This trace mineral is essential for maintaining glucose uptake by the body, which makes it beneficial for people suffering from diabetes.
