the best sleep supplement

i have tried so many melotonin supplement but none has been as effective as this one. It is a combination of melotonin with valerian root and GABA which i think has been the reason for its effectiveness. I take it just an hour before bedtime and within that timeframe i am asleep. Much better than the allopathic medicine and also no habit forming tendancy. highly recommended.
