How to Use of Dymatize Super Mass Gainer
 

• Mix 2 ½ cups (about 335 gm) of Dymatize Gainer to 710 ml – 950 ml of water or 950 ml of whole milk.
• Mix and stir, blending well for about 30 – 45 seconds.
• Add ice cubes, fruits or other ingredients (e.g. crushed nuts) as desired.
• Blend the mixture well for another 30 – 45 seconds.
• Mixing with milk makes this Super Mass Gainer give you a thicker, creamier shake with higher calories in it.
• You may use a shaker to mix about half a serving i.e. 1 ¼ cup of the gainer. Shake for 30 – 45 seconds for a proper mix.
