Keep aside taste and aroma, mix this with skimmed milk powder in equal quantity and have half a scoop once for normal purpose and twice for muscle gain. Results are amazing.

Overall a recommended product for beginners.

Affordable and results' what made the product trust worthy. Higher BCAA means more Muscle growth. I prefer buying high quality protein along with different aminos like creatine, BCAA, etc mix them together would be a great post workout shake. But for the price, this advance protein blend does the work! Just go heavy in gym and eat proper and rest, then results are for sure, for real!
