I decided to transform because I was sick of my sedentary lifestyle.

I accomplished my goals by having a high-protein, low-carb diet along with weight training and walking daily.

I train 5 days a week and complete 12k steps daily.

Being mentally strong throughout my journey was a bit challenging, but by focusing only on one day at a time, I got through it.
