From Unfit to Unrecognisable: Purvesh’s Transformation

Purvesh went from struggling with excess weight and low confidence to becoming healthier and more confident- proving that small, consistent efforts can lead to life-changing results.

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I never felt confident in my own skin and didn’t like the way I looked. I used to be low on energy and didn’t even like being photographed. That’s when I decided to transform.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

I accomplished my goals by following a high-protein diet with calorie control, instead of using shortcuts. Moreover, I stayed consistent with my training. 

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

I trained 6 days a week, and focused on progressive overload and building a strong core. I have also added cardio activities into my daily routine.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I take creatine and protein.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest challenges for me were maintaining consistency, controlling cravings and laziness. Moreover, my progress was also very slow, so I had to be very patient with myself. 

6) Suggestion for future transformers

Stick to basics- eat right, train hard, and stay consistent.
Consistency beats motivation.
