1) Why did you decide to transform?
During my exams, I was constantly stress-eating and barely exercising, which eventually led to major weight gain. Moreover, I was bullied by people for the way I looked. This pushed me to work on myself and transform.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by training in the gym 2 hours a day, along with intermittent fasting.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
The training routine that helped me was yoga plus cardio in the gym.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I did not take any supplements. I just followed a protein-rich diet.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
I suffered a lot of weight fluctuations during my journey due to certain reasons like less water intake, menstruation, and hormonal problems.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
My suggestion to all the people on their weight loss journey would be that it is not possible to lose a ton of weight in just a few days, but the key is to be patient and consistent, even on the day you don’t feel like it and show up for yourself.
