1) Why did you decide to transform?
I decided to transform because during my college time, my own friends used to make fun of how I looked. Moreover, I was diagnosed with PCOS, so improving my lifestyle was a necessity to manage it.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
I accomplished my goals by working out daily, dieting properly, getting proper sleep, and, most importantly, meeting my protein intake.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
I did strength training along with 20-25 mins of cardio.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I took whey protein.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
Since I love chocolates, it was a challenge for me to control the cravings. So I replaced my normal chocolates with dark chocolates (with 75% – 90% cocoa).
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
It might take some time, but don’t lose hope and stay consistent. Not immediately, but within 2-3 months you will see drastic changes. Patience is key.
