Aayush embraced fitness as a way to improve both his physical and mental well-being. His journey highlights the power of consistency, discipline, and trusting the process. 

1) Why did you decide to transform?

I decided to transform because I was having health issues and my health markers weren’t where they should be. So instead of just worrying about it, I started working on myself to feel better in my own body and improve both my physical and mental health.

2) How did you accomplish your goals?

 I focused on consistency instead of perfection. I focused on having a high-protein diet, structured strength training, and a sustainable workout routine. That change has helped me with body recomposition, and it’s something I continue to follow till today.

3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?

 In the beginning, I strength trained 5-6 days a week, following a basic push-pull-legs routine for a long time. As I gained experience and understood my body better, I started adding new exercises and modifying my workouts based on the muscle groups I wanted to improve. Moreover, I also did cardio after a strength training session.

4) Which supplements did you take?

I have taken whey protein and plant protein, and currently yeast protein, as I feel it suits me better. I have also taken fish oil capsules, multivitamins and creatine monohydrate.

5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?

The biggest challenge was staying consistent while balancing a hybrid work schedule. I had to split my time between two places- my hometown and my workplace, so I had to manage my routine and adapt to different places.

6) Suggestion for future transformers.

Start today. Don’t wait for the perfect diet plan, workout routine, gym, or gym clothes. The most important habit is simply showing up consistently. Also, progress takes time. So be patient and trust the process.
