1) Why did you decide to transform?
I have transformed not once but twice in my life. First, during my school days, I was too skinny, and my classmates used to make fun of me. So I joined the gym and got fit, but then I took a long break from my fitness journey and gained weight. But after a while, I got motivated again and continued my fitness journey and transformed myself again.
2) How did you accomplish your goals?
The only simple mantra is to be consistent and disciplined with your workout and diet.
3) Training routine that helped you achieve your goals?
During my weight loss journey, I gave more emphasis on cardiovascular training.
I used to start my workout with some cardio, move on to strength training, and then finish with a final cardio session on the treadmill.
4) Which supplements did you take?
I take creatine and protein.
5) What challenges did you face during your transformation?
The most difficult challenge for me was eating the same food every day.
6) Suggestion for future transformers.
Beginners think transformation happens in the gym, but 70% of it happens in the kitchen, so stick to a healthy diet.
