I decided to transform my fitness because I gained weight. So, I wanted to lose weight, stay fit, and improve my overall well-being. It helps me gain confidence and stay energetic the whole day.

I accomplished my fitness goals by setting a plan that included a mix of strength training, cardio exercises, and a diet. By making fitness a priority and adapting the routine with discipline, I was able to achieve my goals.

My training routine is a mix of strength training like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, etc. I divided specific days into different muscle exercises, with cardio sessions, like running, cycling, and HIIT. I also do flexibility exercises like yoga to enhance mobility in my body.

I take protein supplements, multivitamin tablets, caffeine, tablets, electrolyte, and creatine.
What challenges did you face during your transformation?
