Vikas wanted to live a healthy lifestyle

Vikas wanted to change his lifestyle. He wanted to be fit, not for anyone else but because he thought that being fit was "healthy way of living life"

WHY YOU DECIDED TO TRANSFORM?

I wanted to live a healthy lifestyle and really wanted to change the way I look.

HOW DID YOU ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOAL:

I developed a plan with my gym trainer with more focus on my diet, taking food supplement to accentuate the results along with proper workout.

TRAINING ROUTINE THAT HELPED YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS:

30 minutes of yoga in the morning and 1 hour gym in evening focusing more on cardio and stretching exercises. 

DIET PLAN THAT GUIDED YOUR TRANSFORMATION

I started having five meals in a day with heavy breakfast in the morning, small meals in between followed by very light dinner. I also stopped consuming oily foods and sugar.
